Return & Refund Policy for TumblerHQ
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-engraved tumblers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect. If your tumbler arrives damaged or with an engraving error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at support@tumblerhq.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if engraving has not started. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as the customization process begins.
Engraving Proofs
If a proof is requested, customers must approve it within 24 hours to avoid delays. We engrave exactly as per the approved proof and are not responsible for errors after customer approval.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged in transit, please send photos to support@tumblerhq.com, and we will provide a replacement. If the package is lost, we will assist with a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
